- - $10,000 grant to purchase or build a NEW dwelling.
- - No grant for existing dwelling.
- - Full stamp duty concessions for new & existing homes <$650K
- - Partial stamp duty concession for homes $650-$800K
- - Vacant Land <$350K: Full stamp duty concession.
- - Vacant Land $350-$450K: Partial stamp duty concession.

- $15,000 grant to buy or build a NEW dwelling valued <$750K
- Stamp Duty <$550K: Full concession for New & Existing homes.
- Stamp Duty >$550K: Partial concession.
- $5,000 Regional Boost paid after the purchase of a New home <$750K.

Victoria
- Regional Victoria: $20,000 for New homes built.
- City & Suburbs: $10,000 for <$750K. Must be < 5 years old and first sale of property.
- Stamp Duty <$600K: Full concession.

South Australia
- $15,000 for the building or buying of a brand new home.
- No stamp duty concession.

Northern Territory (NT)

- $10,000 grant for renovations.
